Welcome to Odortox. These Terms of Service and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and purchasing Odortox products. They apply to visitors, customers, and any person who uses the services made available through our online storefront (the “Site”). Please read them before placing an order.

“Odortox,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Odortox, the operator of the Odortox brand and Site. “You” refers to the visitor or customer using the Site. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy form part of these Terms wherever applicable.

By accessing the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable consumer laws. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit an order.

1. Eligibility and Responsible Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or use the Site with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to supply accurate ordering and contact details and not to use the Site in ways that are fraudulent, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to other customers.

We may refuse or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, involve inaccurate order details, violate applicable law, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If a payment has already been collected for a canceled order, we will issue a refund in accordance with applicable law.

2. Products and Intended Use

Odortox is a consumer plug-in device marketed as an additional part of an indoor odor-management routine. Product information, dimensions, operating instructions, and any usage limitations appear on the product packaging and applicable product pages. Follow those directions and use the device only in environments for which it is intended.

Odortox does not replace cleaning, ventilation, identifying and correcting the underlying odor source, or professional treatment of hazardous conditions. Any benefits discussed on the Site should be understood alongside the Product Disclaimer. We do not represent the device as a medical treatment or guarantee identical results in every environment.

3. One-Time Orders and Bundle Quantities

Our standard online offers are one-time purchases of one, two, three, or four Odortox devices. Selecting a larger bundle changes the quantity in that order. A bundle purchase does not create a subscription, membership, refill plan, or automatic renewal.

The quantity, displayed unit price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, estimated taxes, and final order total are shown during checkout before you confirm payment. Review them carefully. If there is a material discrepancy between promotional copy and the final payment summary, contact us before completing the order.

4. Prices, Currency, and Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Taxes, shipping, and other lawful charges are identified at checkout. Promotional offers may have stated eligibility conditions or expiration dates, and the applicable promotion details will be presented with the offer.

Where a discount is expressed as “up to” a percentage, that maximum may apply only to a qualifying bundle and not every order. Comparison prices and advertised savings must reflect the actual promotion being offered. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or display errors before accepting an order, with the opportunity to cancel if you do not accept any correction.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. We may need to verify payment details, inventory, address information, or suspected misuse before dispatch. We may contact you if clarification is needed.

Payment methods offered at checkout may include cards and third-party payment providers. Availability of a specific method depends on the checkout integration in use. You authorize the disclosed one-time charge for your selected order and understand that your payment provider may impose its own terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently plan to serve shipping addresses within the United States. Processing times, transit estimates, shipping charges, and the handling of delays are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will communicate your options under applicable law, including the ability to cancel and receive a refund where required. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible purchases are covered by the 30-day return window described in our Refund Policy, measured from the date of delivery. Please contact customer support before mailing a return so we can provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return shipping responsibility, damaged or incorrect merchandise, refund timing, and any other conditions are explained in that policy. Any express guarantee applies only on the specific terms stated in writing and does not remove statutory consumer rights.

8. Account Information and Communications

We may send transactional messages about orders, payments, shipping, delivery, customer service, or product safety using the details you provide. These communications are distinct from promotional marketing.

Marketing email and text communications, if offered, are subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages. If you have opted in to marketing texts, follow the instructions provided in the message, including replying STOP where supported. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site’s text, images, branding, design, videos, logos, and other materials are owned by Odortox or used with permission. You may browse and print portions for your personal, noncommercial use, but you may not copy, republish, commercially exploit, or misrepresent these materials without authorization.

The Odortox name and marks may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.

10. User Submissions and Reviews

If you voluntarily submit a review, question, photograph, or other content, you confirm that it is truthful to your knowledge, that you have the necessary rights to share it, and that it does not violate the rights of another person. We may moderate or remove submissions that are unlawful, offensive, deceptive, spam, or unrelated to the product.

We will not require you to make false statements or prevent you from giving an honest account of your experience. Any permission to display user-submitted materials will be governed by the permission you provide and applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Parts of our Site may be operated by payment processors, shipping partners, customer-support tools, or other service providers. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to services they independently provide. Links to other websites are offered for convenience and do not mean that we endorse every statement on those websites.

12. Site Availability and Errors

We work to keep information accurate and services available, but the Site may occasionally be interrupted, unavailable, or contain an error. We may update product descriptions, site content, promotions, and these Terms as appropriate. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases in a way that violates applicable law.

13. Safety and Product Care

Follow product labels and electrical safety instructions. Do not use damaged plugs or modify a device. Keep electrical products away from circumstances in which they may create a risk of shock, fire, or injury. If a product behaves unexpectedly, discontinue use and contact support. Consult a qualified professional for electrical safety concerns or serious indoor air-quality issues.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for any expressly stated product guarantee or warranty and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. General site information is not a promise of any particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer’s rights to remedies that applicable law makes nonwaivable.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Site where such limits are lawful. Any applicable limitation does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury, or other matters that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

16. Disputes and Applicable Law

If an issue arises, we encourage you to contact customer support first so we can attempt to resolve it promptly. Your mandatory consumer rights, including rights to pursue complaints or remedies under applicable law, remain intact. These Terms do not impose an undisclosed arbitration requirement or prevent legally protected claims.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date. For orders already accepted, the terms in effect at the time of purchase generally govern that order except where law requires otherwise.
